Hyundai重工业，Matinee能源公司计划发展太阳能项目

Matinee 能源有限公司和Hyundai重工业已经签署了一项协议，在他们合作的第一阶段，建设175MW的可再生能源电站。

Matinee能源已经让JPMorgan在资金市场提供永久的财政支持。两个公司的光伏项目将会在美国西南部安装，Hyundai公司会提供工程，采购，和建筑承包，还有技术支持。

Matinee称它还和已经韩国电子签署了备忘录。

Matinee Energy Inc. has signed a master agreement with Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. to build 175 MW of renewable energy plants in the first phase of their partnership.

Matinee Energy has also engaged JPMorgan Securities to provide permanent financing in the capital markets. The first phase of solar projects under the agreement will be sited in the southwestern and western U.S. Hyundai is expected to serve as the engineering, procurement and construction contractor, as well as the technology provider.

Matinee notes that it has also signed a memorandum with Korea Electric Power Data Network Co. Ltd., an affiliate of KEPCO, and a pre-master agreement with K&Co., a public company in Korea.
