组件供不应求，图森削减补贴以应对

    当太阳能发电技术成本降低时，许多居民和企业纷纷涌入 ――然而Arizona州凤凰城以及图森等地区的太阳能光伏退税补贴已遭削减。
    图森电力最近对安装其太阳能电池板的居民进行了补贴削减，以此应对“前所未有”的需求。
    今年，由于太阳能技术来降低成本，美国Arizona州南部1100多人保留了TEP SunShare补贴回扣 - 超过前9年总和。
    TEP，UniSource能源公司的一分支，现在是请求Arizona监管委员会批将Sunshare的并网补贴从原来的3美元每瓦降低到2.25美元每瓦。
    如果监管机构同意，此举将影响2010年7月7日后申请安装的用户。

    Tucson Electric Power has become the latest utility to lower its rebates for residents who install solar panels, as a response to “unprecedented” demand.
    Lower costs of solar technology have prompted 1,100 people in southern Arizona to reserve TEP SunShare rebates this year ? more than the previous nine years combined.
    TEP, which is part of UniSource Energy Corporation, is now asking the Arizona Corporation Commission for permission to cut its SunShare rebates from $3 to $2.25 per watt for grid-tied photovoltaic projects.
    If the regulators agree, the move would affect applications received after July 7, 2010.
